Black pull-on mid-calf boots with a thin stiletto heel and sharp pointed toe. The shaft sits loose and slouched, folding where the leather creases naturally around the ankle. No fastenings, no structure holding them to my leg, just soft leather falling where gravity takes it while the heel and toe do all the work underneath.
I wear these barefoot. My foot slides straight in with nothing to adjust, nothing to tighten, just bare skin dropping into leather and settling. The pointed toe narrows everything to a single pressure point where my toes press together. The insoles have moulded to the shape of my foot from the weight of wearing them over and over. Leather absorbs and these have had plenty to absorb.
The slouch makes them look casual. The stiletto makes sure nobody mistakes them for something comfortable. That contradiction is exactly what I like about them.
